The other group are professionals with kids who want a big 2500-3500 sq ft house on a cul de sac for under $1MM, where they can still commute to work.

.$100 a bottle...Don Julio Silver is a nice margarita tequila, as is Reublic TEquila, whose claim to fame is an organic tequila developed by Tom Nall, whom I was first introduced to in Terlingua when I met Tom, and what a character he is....Although Jose Quervo is 2% carmel coloring and rot gut...the Reserva de Familia silver is a very fine product for about $54 a bottle...very nice...I think Skyy imports that one...Casa Noble is also one to add to the list, but it can be tough to find...
