Unfortunately I don't have any referrals for you, but here are some ways to do your due diligence once you find one.

Ok, I tried to give you a really thorough answer that would have explained all of the St Germaine stuff and how it relates to due on sale clauses, but the  boss said it was self promotion and removed it.

This way I can work towards making the most out of what I have.Are there any particular guidelines worth considering when it comes to selling leads/referral fees?
