I've never dealt with Septic in a park, but plenty of experience on SFHs.My advise would be 1) Find out the age of the tanks 2) Find out the material they are made of (concrete or plastic) 3) Same for leach fields.Reasons being: Old concrete tanks are far more vulnerable and likely to fail soon....the newer plastic tanks will most likely cause you no problems for a long time.So if I personally were to find out that these tanks were all plastic, and <10 yrs old, I would barely even worry about this.

Otherwise all your subs/crew will scratch/dirty up your beautiful floors before your tenants/buyers see them (no amount of paper or plastic will work)...just my 2 cents!

Always the right thing in REI.I always envisioned a TK opportunity like buying something in a plastic package right off the shelf. 

There is not yet much case law on service/companion animals.Make sure you document real non-discriminatory reasons why you do not want to rent to the first applicant.  

and at the end of the day, we need to be able to use common sense in getting into a door.Yes, you will need a WiFi set up to control the lock at your location and a very cheap subscription if you want to control the locks remotely -  but you don't have to.Beware of shiny, good "Apple" design looking products made of cheap and light plastics, especially when it comes to longevity and the heavy mechanics needed to withstand millions of physical movements and human force. 

Have you considered buying plastic shutters?

I get mine preprinted at dirtcheapsigns.com  then use roofing ring shank nails with plastic washers and nail them about 8-9' high on telephone poles around town, I use a step ladder to do mine.Any area will have distressed sellers and distressed properties needing repairs and updating.

Laminates have really been surpassed by the WPC (wood plastic composite) and EVP (engineered vinyl plank) flooring as well as the LVT click lock floors.

The new tenant who moved in last fall said the lint trap/plastic for it for this dryer just broke and needs to be replaced as it keeps falling out while drying and makes a lot of noise.
