I know the IRS asks about entity vs personal members and if they're foreign or not specifically on the 1065 and other tax forms. 

Usually this comes down to personal goals and preferences.

I agree with @Connor Hibbs's comment on terms for first time flippers and if this is something you want to start doing more frequently I'd look for lenders that offer some type of rewards program to gain better terms through doing repeat business.

The properties I won are nearly impossible to find on the county tax sites with the information given and so far the person is not really helping.
