Any time I have a client who did their bookkeeping for rental properties with QBO, it's it's always a lengthy process to try to sort it out.

The process is new to me, but it doesn't seem all that complicated (link below). 

The process requires some knowledge from your agent. 

In the process of refinancing to a permanent loan.

The guys who do cash out normally account for huge tax hits. 

This is also the best thing, because many out of state investors find it confusing and stay away, which keeps our returns much higher and wards off Wall Street investors from buying up swaths of houses, which we've seen in other markets.As an STR specialist, keeping up with zoning and regulation statewide is a huge part of my job.I also host monthly short term rental events for local investors, monthly webinars, and I also often get furnished, turnkey off-market STR properties.

-repeat the process every year by acquiring one house every year with the appropriate income qualification

There doesn't seem to be a good solution for communicating copius amounts of before/after cleanings. but I'm really outgrowing this process and think maybe I need to move to SLACK??? 

It will speed up the process of finding no-competition deals faster.
