Hi guys, I'm a long-term buy+hold investor in Florida and was wondering how others in the forum are thinking about their long-term investments in the Fort Lauderdale / Miami area in light of water-levels rising globally ? 

I know that it is a very big deal, however, after these new regulations after the global recession.

"I noticed today that there was a piece of gum on the sidewalk in front of your property. 

But from headlines I'm seeing about US and global economies, there may be better buying opportunities if you wait a bit. 

The bubble gum chewing high schooler that answers the phones will NOT ask for more clarification when getting the service call that "my stove.. sink...a/c...toilet...etc is broke".

I have done remote working/management with people globally, but I think mentorship is slightly different.
