If we sell it, we will investthe money into something else, but we are not sure what else couldbring in over $2000.00 per month yet…..

I know I can review the leases and that should give me gross rents but everything else seems easily manipulatable.

You can try to renew if that lender is still in business or else you have to find someone else to do another blanket loan.Blanket lender loans tend to have higher fees and poorer terms.
