There was a closing "team" comprised of the title attorney, a closing coordinator for my realtor, and my loan officer, but many of them were out in the East Coast and I'm on my own here in California.

They provide you with a dream but when reality slaps you in the face it's a whole different ballgame.The thing is that they also claim their system is so automated that all you do is sit on your butt on the couch and watch soap operas while the system does all the work and you just collect the paychecks that come at you in waves yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah right :roll:

My team is comprised of agents with are active investors and Oakland is right in our sweet spot.

We supplied a vacuum, dish soap, detergent, laundry soap and big bottles of $1 store bottles... and gave them the option of daily, twice weekly, and monthly room service.

We all know that real estate guru courses CAN be a scam, where people say they've done something that they haven't--their real estate business is comprised of talking about doing real estate but never having done it. 

None of my bank accounts, none of my properties, none of my vehicles.I will now climb down off my soap box...
