In my experience, high drama, aggressive, combative tenants are just that.  

How were you able to combat the situation?

Misleading another intentionally to gain some benefit is fraudulent, if I claim to be the owner of a house or make one think that I am intentionally, and I try to sell you that house, I'm crossing the line into fraudulent contracting.....generally. 

This is a fund aimed at combating gentrification its dedicated and named after Tulsa because that is the location of the First Black Wall Street which was unfortunately destroyed  by mass bombing with over 250 killed due to racism and bigotry!

As far as dealing with the fraudulent listing, there is nothing the police can do about getting it taken down.

So to combat that you need to offer something at your rental that other rentals in the area don't make your place be in higher demand.

@Kevin Reinell ask your Attorney General and see what they say...maybe start with the fraudulent claims and consumer protection divisions...I've always found it interesting that folks here brag openly about deceiving the public...and even more interesting forums like BP support this behavior and facilitate these conversations....or go as far as showcasing these guys on a podcast...anywayWe're working on a study that compares the difference in the transfer price of properties illegally brokered by wholesalers and the true market "as-is" value...to me it looks like a national class action lawsuit and punitive damages, robing unsuspecting consumers of their equity...but I'm no expert in the matter...

When you're using FHA variants you'll have to combat that "perception," and if the perception is good then you dont have any challenge so its just case by case depending on the seller and the agents involved.Are there actual challenges with FHA ? 

Why would you pay off fraudulent charges someone else made on your cards?
