I'm not sure how that would work, but I am guessing that another factory housing type would be better for urban housing.  

Sometimes it can be better than a bank, private lender or hard money.

Personally I only use my HELOC on short term projects like flips, new builds and BRRRRs where I know I will be replacing the capital within months.You may be better off waiting a year and save up more cash or liquidate your index funds if the returns on a property will be better.

Flatter tends to be better, but even then you need to make sure the soil is stable to support your structures.  

I have learned from experience that clear communication is far better than attempting to conceal the sale.

X a month sounds a lot better and is actually doable for a lot of people vs a big pile of cash today if you need a full cash sale. 

Is it viable to do better than interest = WSJ prime rate?
