I bought a 3 acre plot in Sonoma county CA. late 90s unbuildable everyone told me it was not worth buying since it would not perk and you could not build on it and Utls are a long way away. etc etc.. well there was a new overchange put in about 3/4 of a mile away connecting my access road to the freeway .

It’s crucial to work with an experienced broker who can access multiple carriers.

Document everything and if he is not there then access the property and resolve the issuemold could have also come from the way they lived in the home.

The Quality of his CoachingAs a student I had access to his Facebook groups and some of his coaching calls, they were okay and they pretty much answered questions for you however it was usually someone other than Joe who helped me out.

Access to these,  I do not believe requires a license, but it is in the thousands of dollars for access at the level you need.

Legal height 8ft.Had to add public access to electric disconnects as well.made me add two window in the basement too.Really just need to get an architect who is self certified.

I also don't see how it helps you if you put the funds in escrow since you won't be able to access those funds.
