Most replies seem to be to negative factors which is why I go by the value I can see and use today because tomorrow it could be bad like a land fill...or it could be something the blows the value up.

Based on your current assumptions, you would be paying $1,229 per month out of pocket, leading to negative cash flow.If you’re house hacking and living in the property, it might still make sense because you're paying for housing anyway.

I do have monthly mortgages to be paid and not having rental income to offset my negative cash flow has been a learning experience and really trying to think of what options I have to have better success at this.
