Syndication is a great way to build massive wealth to fund my hopeful future endeavors and I also think its one of the best "curriculums" to learn all about business basics that underpin success in every industry.I'm very close to my next milestone now and my company is heavily pursuing marketing opportunities and our network to find potential partners for a ~$10M purchase in Kansas City for a ~7 year exit plan deal shooting for 16-18% IRR and 8-9% CoC returns.

But if you look at the historic graphs relative to (say) percent of disposable income, the charts are neither abnormal (not records at all) or alarming (mostly not anomalies and follow long term trends).

We discovered that some warning signs include consistent delays, a lack of communication, poor craftsmanship, and failure to meet agreed-upon milestones.

You have to have a plan that shows specific numbers as goals or milestones to be reached so that their performance effects applicable funds injection that will in fact create the real building blocks necessary to get you the Multi-unit-building you envision to own someday.
