Does anyone know why you would be unable to download Lease Agreements via your Pro Membership? 

Renewing my Pro Membership is a good first step.  

I've met some interesting people during the networking, so in that respect the membership has been worth it.I have not taken the coaching class but I did take a 3-week course recently on how to manage rentals.

If you are doing basic vanilla estate planning, assign the LLC membership interests to a revocable living trust.

They say that upon the completion of a deal, they will refund your membership fee back to you.

They retain your membership interest in the LLC. 

There's a great review of his entire program on YouTube that shows Pace has earned over $40,000,000 just in membership fees! 

In my state, you can be a real estate agent and not have to pay fees to a membership organization and still proide value. 

My property managed used that and, by pure coincidence, I have heard about it in the BP episodes and I use it since it's included in the BP Pro membership. 

I always steer clear of Angie's List, Yelp, BP Vendor, Dave Ramsey Select Vendors, or any other service that charges the vendor for membership and then promotes the list to the public as if trust, excellence, and performance have ANYTHING to do with the list selection.
