I believe @Minh le commented that he sees a 20-25% correction coming in the bay area and for this reason alone the landlords maybe cashing out and taking profits. curious to know how many bigger pockets members have bought in the mid 1990s and still hold on to your bay area investments today?

And I would certainly look at cash flow neutral to a little negative ... then I would do what I could to hook up with someone like Minh Le and get in on his partnership deals that are multi family.. or some other syndicator type.
