We are conditioned from birth basically to grow up, get a job, work hard, put your money in the bank and save it, buy the newest and latest gadgets, buy a house/car, etc.

I just bought this interesting gadget to take some video and pictures of the exterior of my rentals but having trouble using it. 

So many techno gadgets have made my life and business more convenient and productive but Google Glass might not do that… At least not yet.

Don't fall victim to shiny object syndrome.SO many investors get hypnotized by the newest and latest gadget out there and it is all crap!
