That said, I know a lot of people here do it the opposite way but where I invest is a pretty small ecosystem.

Here are a few topics I was thinking about including in the class:- The Real Estate Investment lingo (NOI, Cap rate, CFO, IRR, ROI, ROA, ROE, CoC, etc)- examples of how to analyze real estate deals (BOE analysis)- the triad of real estate returns (debt pay down, cash flow and appreciation)- the real estate market ecosystem (investors, capital markets, asset market, space market, local/national economy/development industry)- Use of leverage - both sides of the sword.- effect of market cycles in real estate returns- syndication of real estate deals (the myth of always having to foot the equity bill)these are just a few topics that I thought should be mentioned.

An integrated eco-system if you will.  

Other websites promoting Troptions statedthat they are “[d]eveloping an ECO-SYSTEM of vendors accepting Troptions (car dealerships, fast food chains, legal services, ATM machines etc.)”; are “coming out with a credit card this fall so you can use your TROPTIONS to purchase merchandise”; and “will ‘do the due diligence for our investors,’ ‘purchase large quantities of coins at a discounted rate,’ and ‘sell the private coins to our investors below market value.’ ” And a photo posted on the “Troptions Marketplace” Facebook page shows a man standing in front of a BMW with a caption that states “Just paid all Troptions for this BMW X5 in LA!!”

Next week I'm coming to Jax and I'd be more than happy to meet other investors or anyone in the REI ecosystem to trade information or evaluate cooperation or JV.

While I grasp that  higher interest rates will likely slow Real Estate appreciation and price increase in the retail ecosystem,  I struggle to understand how it will impact foreclosures. 

Lake ecosystems can get really screwed up by various insecticides.

Hi @Mercedes AnthonyI love that you've clearly defined where you fit in the realtor ecosystem.

These are the kinds of things I feel mom & pop investors (such as myself) could save a lot on but we might not know about if we're not as plugged into the real estate ecosystem.

If you are buying in a fire dependent ecosystem, odds are it WILL burn.
