I think we could break it down to central Wichita, SW, NW, SE, NE.

We work in Indy (Central Indiana) and manage over 1K properties here. 

@Kyle Atans  or PHX when building stopped dead cold and they deported half the construction workers who happened to be 80% of the tenant base.. same with central CA building stopped  no deportation though :)I just bought in Vegas for semi retirement and tax purposes I kind of like were it sits now.. but no question your timing of that market was impeccable.. !!!

Also a $5k deposit on a $120K purchase isn't abnormal by any means, its less than 5% and this is something you negotiated.

Not sure how they could block a sale but I imagine they told him the central heating unit for the whole complex would soon need replacement so a special assessment would be upcoming.
