We had a house on the Deschutes River in the subdivision we were doing a spec new construction house in.

I love that you have an interest in house hacking. 

In 2020 I used the HELOC on my house in New York City to buy a house in Buffalo New York for all cash.

I have a friend/neighbor that wants to sell me his house below market value so he can move back into an apartment and travel.
