A $40k loan at 5 years @ 8% would give you a monthly payment of $811.06.

We owe $154k on the property and the interest rate is 4.25%, the monthly mortgage is $1050 with taxes and insurance.

We are in the last month of 2024 and usually in December and around January through March properties tend to pop up faster. 

I love how Airbnb just pay me based on the evidence without going through 6 months legal battle or 3 years of collection hunting.
