I need to get enough of a irrefutable momentum driven reason that they should terminate them and go with a company that's highly ratedI mentioned before on ther Yelp for instance the first review says you will have to sue these people to get any money back.

This in turn builds momentum to pass more rules and fees on landlords and homeowners. 

I think if you spend enough time and money to get initial momentum, you will be able to manage it.
