very true, with inflation through the roof and interest rates going higher it will wipe out the lower class.. which I know at some point they would need to lower rates not counting the resection we are already in "just not announced yet".. but correct it's a gamble

With an ARM loan you are essentially gambling that when its time to refinance (in 5 years), the rates then, will be at or below your current rate for instance.
