I could have bought my garage full of red sports cars a long time ago, but I drive an old toyota because it get's me where I'm going every time, it's a depreciating item, taxes are low, and I'm in no hurry.  

I just can't seem to get into sports on TV love going to games but I don't have the patients to watch on TV.The podcast info is at http://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/category/p...There is well over 100 hours there already.

.   ____________________________  I will never forget this:   I was 25 years old and I met a very wealthy entrepreneur who owned and operated one of the worlds biggest sporting goods retailers (before selling out to Dicks).  

Wish I hadn't, he turned out to be a tenant who paid rent the first month, was late the second and third, and took off during the fourth month without paying any more rent.Also, had a young teen tenant who started sporting what looked like gang signs on his social media sites and in his bedroom, so we checked them out and they turned out not to been gang stuff, but rather related to a punk band.  

He graduated from Gallaudet University and now is an educator and sports coach in an elementary school.

Its like pro sports or being a rock star.

People came to the sporting goods trade show and said I am going to be the next big thing on the internet.

I bought a fresh 1K shares of MO, sporting a dividend of slightly more than 8%.  

The area is always expanding the business district as well as downtown, from Access to low-cost regional talent, competitive real estate costs, strong work ethics, and excellent facilities for sports, shopping, leisure, and healthcare.Love to discuss Toledo if you would like!
