I am starting out in commercial real estate as a broker and i was wondering what type of software you guys use to create marketing packages and if you use other software to aid you in researching properties and numbers.Do you have something to create charts and show returns over the course of the investment?

I do believe there is value in the education you received, and even more so in the fact that you are taking action, but I recommend you evaluate this deal a bit closer or post evidence of numbers to the contrary.If you have Scott Scheel's evaluator software, plug in the numbers to that and I am sure you will get a better picture of this deal.

All it makes me think is that I am not buyng software from any company that is so difficult to install and un-install their software, or to find your way around their website.2 hours of messing around with it, and I still can't figure out how to get the program installed.

I use software to track the campaigns and turn then from one campaign to another... ie they are expired listing then they call in but are not cooked.

My recommendation would be to make a unique link to a page that redirects your visitors to whatever page it is you want them to go to and then using tracking software like Google Analytics to see what kinds of traffic are coming from your article(s).

So I got to take the entire kitchen in 2 years instead of 5.With everything tax-wise now being on software I'd probably be more aggressive with it today than I was years ago, but not to the point that I'd pay an outside service to come in and "analyze" my property for me.all cash
