I notice applicants come with an Equifax credit score, salary, and some other pre-screen items that will not be a substitute for my phone screen + in-person walk through, but seem like an added check and balance.I'm curious if anyone has used their Pay with Lovely service to turn rent into a credit card payment system.

There will always be more to learn, but there is no substitute for experience - the best teacher.

The books and conversations are great but there is no substitution for real life experience.

I think they are pretty good, but still no substitute for self managing, which is especially easy in the Bay Area.

If you have a large enough line to have convenants and such this may not be the case.I personally don't think there is any substitute for cash and that includes t-bills and the like.
