Most ressources are putting their own spin on facts, so you find "calculations" that support either pro or contra arguments.Frankly, I am not sure if I can tell how good of a deal it is.However, there is a fundamental difference between a company or an individual is spending money and a goverment spending money.

If it is 4 hours for $100 that equates to $25/hour plus you typically have money invested which, to spin it a little differently, is similar to having paid money to have a job that pays $25/hour.

When someone makes something very complex into something very simple, assume that best-case they are ignoring a lot of important details and worst-case they are using their spin on the subject to try to influence you.Hopefully this won't devolve into a political left/right discussion...I'm certainly trying to avoid that here.
