Better return vs risk. compared to the larger more expensive property.What would be a more accurate percentage of rent that you would allocate for maintenance and capex now that you see more realistic numbers from  your properties?

Also consider joining SWLA which is run by Jon Frickensmith--in my experience, it's a fantastic resource for Kenosha/Racine landlords and when you need contractors, you can ask the group of members who I found to be all active landlords in the area.

While RTR cannot control any one particular builder, market changes, interest rate changes, etc. we are certainly here to offer guidance and resources however needed.

I have found myself defaulting toward larger, national banks/brokerages because of their resources, product offerings, and potential.  

I would love to be a resource and would LOVE to be on a BP podcast!
