Many Promoters out there are sending students down a very dangerous trail.  

., TV commercials, radio ads, do pay per click/adwords, facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, and other forms of online advertising and boosted/promoted social media postings.Bottom line is consistency.

That will impact the type of content or offer that you want to be promoting

@Jerryll Noorden I honestly don't see one useful piece of advice that you've given anyone other than talking down on other members/investors.If you're here to help, then help.If you're here to simply promote yourself don't waste our time.I don't care if you use carrier pigeons to get deals.

If you need quicker capital you might consider the Fix and Sell type which is usually done over 6 monthsDid your promoter have any experience in that subject skill?

Jacob, I have been a passive investor (Limited Partner) in several of these structures, where I get a preferred cash return (quarterly); a % of the equity/upside upon sale, with a minimum IRR% as a "safety net" before the GP gets his promote on my capital.
