I would like to collect payments through Stessa so it's integrated into my financial tracking, my only concern is the multiple ACH transfers required between the tenant paying me, then me transferring the funds to my business checking outside of Stessa, I don't want the rent to be just hitting my account 5-8 days after the start of the month.

All utilities and mortgage payments are ACH, automatically downloaded into the software with an identifying account number.

We currently use Quickbooks Enterprise for financial tracking, and we do ACH rent collections for about 40% of our tenants manually through our bank's website.

Hello,I have my first rental property and I'm wondering how to collect rent online like via ach without paying a fee.

Breaks my heart when she has to decide whether she is going to buy needed medicine or food because not enough money.Also a few times a month is so sick cant get out of bed.Spends her time typing on puter while laying flat,,,sometimes cant do even that,cant stand ANY noise or light.

I have always been of the mindset that it is the tenant's responsibility to get the rent to my PM, not vice versa, via mail, personal delivery, ACH, etc.

It started with medicinal, if you got in THEN with a few big operations, and they use you to find warehouses, retail fronts, etc then you are golden.
