I know here in Oregon you don't own it and you advertise it.. your going to get  a nasty gram from the state do it to many times and your in real hot water.

A cautionary tale with actionable advice for STL specifically, and probably REI in general.Advice: When looking at tax numbers for your investment model, make sure the property is assessed correctly when running the numbers.Story:  We purchased our first 2-family in Sept. 2017.

Also, don't overlook using social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.) to find property owners.
