Has a great backyard and very standard inside units with two beds + 1 bath and great south-facing windows.

It took us approximately 9-months to turn this around from design / permitting to construction complete.After performing market research, I identified a lack of 3 bed 2 bath apartments in the market. 

Those algorithms compare homes based on general location, size, # of beds/baths, age, etc.

Both are 3 bedroom, 2 bath and 1,200 sq ft.

When AirBNB was at its peak there were people who lived in ghost streets.

It is a nice home, but you are likely limited with who will rent a 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhome for $4200 a month. 

I will have the primary bedroom with an attached bath.

The house is a 4 bed/2 bath in a B neighborhood, conveniently located, zoned to decent schools. 

-On a busy street. 

Therefore trying to get a bit creative with the financing.Positive cash flow will almost be impossible (as I'll have to probably take one bed away, and then build a bath and a kitchen) in what I've been finding, so Im trying to offset the mortgage as much as possible.Long term, ideally I get to keep it and the 2nd unit adds to the cash flow if I ever dont need it anymore.
