Not that everything is right on google, but you can start by searching for landlord friendly states, then dig into legal protections, etc.

You may pay your servicer a small fee for title search and property valuation (some do full appraisals which can be $450-$600). 

I figured that was the case, but I've been just eyeballing the rents I can get via a FF local search and by how quickly I am getting bookings.

You can do a search for your local area to find photo prints of local landmarks and also by color, style, medium etc.

Hello @Roberto Rohann,Some lenders do not run municipal searches so some of issues mentioned wouldn't affect your ability to obtain a loan for the property.

It would also make 1031 tax deferred exchange a more viable approach and tool you can use.

Also after searching more about them they bought over 10 more locations ( business only no RE) however they aren’t changing the name.
