Either someone is paying the taxes on these properties or after a couple of years they are likely to be up on the tax sale list (unless this has happened already and they've been purchased but the new owners cannot do anything to them for a least a year after the sale).Got a GIS (Geographic Information System) online in your area.

One of the main reasons I am saying this is many of them have significant title defects that can be remedied but will also take significant time, effort and cost.For example I was reviewing a performing 2nd mortgage recently but the mortgage did not include the legal description and metes and bounds as required by the county.

I guess that I'm impressed they not only built out a model that could get with in 7% of FMV for that many homes, had an effective UX that made ppl want to use it, got a system up and running to take possession and make ready for sale that number of homes across such a geographically diverse area during a global pandemic which changed the way ppl work and lead to crazy home prices.
