After a song and dance about their income which we don't buy, they ask about co-signers so we sent our co-signer criteria and never hear back.Fast forward another two weeks later where I find out the guy is contesting an application charge saying one is a duplicate.

I read where even after receiving a deed, someone could contest the deed if they are legally disabled at the time the deed was issued and they have up till 9 years to contest it, or up to 2 years after they are no longer disabled.

Despite Mario claiming that "we are waiting for court date because tenant is contesting"....we had to get the court date and forceful removal in 36 days.How did we get a court date and unlawful detainer BEFORE Mario could get a court date when we started our 3-day pay or quit a MONTH AFTER when Mario served the tenant?
