Just be aware...If the tenant decides to contest the charge and the matter ends up in front of a judge, you may be asked a couple of things:   - did you file a police report?

It's best to show them that they have no where to go on contesting the charge - and that the charge is non-negotiable.Hope this helps...glad they're gone.

You may need to negotiate with him if you wish to purchase his right of redemption and his right to contest the sale-just make sure you get all of those who had equitable interest not necessarily just the former owner.
