I entered the job world as an office manager for a local real estate office, while I simultaneously started my own wedding invitation business.

I own a STR 1 block away which Nets $2k a month for the past 2 years with 88% booking rate and often people reach out trying to book weekends and weeks that are not available so I know the area can support more, plus we have a big wedding hall 1 block away so we plan to capitalize on that.

Using those to pay for lodging at my wedding in Hawaii this year.

I will continue to work at my company while investing in real estate, considering my work schedule is a set 4 day 10 hour shift(Sun-Wed).

My wife Dana and I will be there at 1 PM.I confirmed that we won't be in the middle of a wedding reception or anything like that but they couldn't tell me how busy/not they expected to be this Thursday.Anyone is welcome to come join in the discussion.

We the renters feel that though we do not want to move, we need to ASAP, so that we are not just sitting here waiting to get a 30 days notice as soon as the house sells in the middle of the holiday season when I am trying to plan a wedding and start a new job, and my fiance is struggling to get a business up and running.
