Single family homes usually go for my price range but not multi-family.There's a city southwest of me (Rockford) which seems to have decent amounts of inexpensive multi-families within the inner-city.  

My team and I buy 20-25 properties per month... there's nobody in southwest or central Ohio that knows the area better than me.Shoot me over a DM if you are serious about investing in my market.  

I'm all over Philly but primarily lay my head in Southwest.

There are some blocks I would not buy property on.I'm not sure where the property you're interested in is, but the North half of the zip is the best area, South East is pretty good, South West I'd avoid.

Myers.Hi Terry,Specifically in Southwest FL, multifamily in Lehigh Acres right now is presenting some of the best cash flow opportunities.

I took advantage of the Southwest Companion pass, have a Hyatt card where I earned two free nights and have not paid for plane tickets in a long time through various.

I Southwest Florida is not possible to buy anything for $30K at least nothing listed on the MLS, my plan is to figure out how to buy outside Florida.
