I am 90 days away from the settlement according to the lawyer.

In this senecio will the buyer have to qualify for the loan prior to the settlement date? 

I would rather control real estate with a skinny contract of sale, with a delayed settlement, and right of  possession.

Loss mitigation services: Short Sale, Deed in Lieu, Loan Modification, Mortgage Settlements, are forms of helping if borrower is eligible.

Looking through that I would ask about the underwriting fee and the "settlement fee" as well.
