It was originally a single family converted into a 4 so it just doesn't work well for design. 

If you're going to send later notices include a copy of the original notice and remind them of the notice posted and mailed on ___________ which advised their tenancy would terminate 10/31/2024.

I've used both and it really helps to keep your original mortgage rate but still take a little money out.
