BTW my roof was not penetrated by the installation, but they did get up in the attic and add extra reinforcement to the rafters/bracing to bring it up to modern code for the added weight (house is 1958 vintage).

In one of our commercial properties the entire floor is a 10inch slab with reinforcing poured back in 1970 when it was less expensive & it has never shown any cracking & we have heavy equipment & 4 post truck hoists on it.
