Not sure if the furnace is new enough if you can change the orifice and use propane in the interim so your pipes don't freeze but heating with propane is more expensive although not so much as a new system and there may be issues in your area with tanks.

I was already changing the railings and stairs on the deck so we ended up cutting 1/3 of the deck off to expose the gas meter.  

To add to it, the reason you ALWAYS want to set up a seperate bank account for each entity is to reduce/eliminate comingling funds which can allow creditors/etc. to "pierce the corporate vail" exposing you to liability.Disclaimer: I am not a CPA or tax attorney and the info above is my understanding from competant professionals on my team.

Are they doing everything they can to expose properties to the widest possible market?

I am flipping a house in Baltimore and wondering peoples thoughts on details like crown molding, garbage disposals, and exposing/repointing brick.

Plus, unless you are diligent about updating Wordpress, it will be easy to hack as flaws are exposed (which is what the updates fix).

I know some of the newer ones are bi-level or super-expensive condo style, but mine was more of an artist loft. the people upstairs had a nice fancy place with exposed brick inside and a fireplace and they paid more for it. mine was simple, white, clean, and very artist-oriented with separate rooms and windows in between the rooms like little art showrooms.

Seems you would have had an inspection prior to closing and the whole thing would have been exposed.
