The plan here was to have my Delaware holding LLC own the ohio LLC that owned the property so even if someone found out who owned the Ohio llc, our names would stay out of the mess, but I see now that that's not possible unless we use commercial lending.

YUP nightmare client would tell them to find someone else.. not loyal thinks they know it all and what kind of real estate coach makes this kind of absolute rookie sounding post. weird.

Hello , l am just starting to rent a property out to section 8  tenant , what are the things to do to minimize/prevent  section 8/regular  tenants  from messing up the rented property .

The problem they left the house in mess so is what above normal wear and tear.

There’s not much else it can be unless it’s in really bad physical condition, which the PM would also notice right away. 

It is insanely hard to use and way overpriced, half of the functions don't even work properly and if you try to edit it yourself, it's so easy to mess up unless you're a Salesforce expert or a developer.

You can pass it on to the tenant or you can pay it. you should be following what every one else in the area is doing.

It does seem that many believe dealing with condos is more of a headache and money pit than anything else.

Aside of the biggerpockets offerings, what else is out there?
