Except for the evictions, the homelessness, the physical and emotional stresses on the tenants, the social problems associated with rootlessness, the cost to the local community and state when people who were paying their own way suddenly can't afford food or medicine...these are just some of the results of housing insecurity.  

Seems like a huge head ache to learn her market and then help her manage it out of state.

Continue to automate rent payments via ACH.  

Just take your medicine upfront and attach better tenants and have quick/cheap turnovers.

No ACH or personal check that involves clearing time.

Traditional banks to some extent offer invoice payment through online BillPay, ACH etc., but none of them to offer rent collection features.  

I see real estate being more like law, psychiatry or medicine, where humanoid professionals will still have a role for the foreseeable future.  

It handles the accounting, ACH, screening, etc.
