That leads me to a question then, since RE management, sales, purchasing, leasing is a profession, it requires a broader understanding in the industry than a single niche, that makes me ask who might be giving professional training, who are these professors of wisdom that advance the broad spectrum of education required in a profession?

@Alex SkegOn the spectrum, NNN leased properties are considered less management intensive but as @Zach Alms pointed out you still need to make sure you're meeting the lease obligations.

Whilst all credit cards and even most residential & commercial landlord companies (Blackstone, Spectrum, LeFrak, GE, ING, etc) report rent payments (or lack/lateness) each month to major credit bureaus, virtually no landlords do this in my experience, despite likewise laxing laws enforcing default; for example in NY it is now illegal to refuse to rent to an applicant just because everywhere they've ever lived, they've always ended up exiting via Eviction!
