I have done 2 deals with the same agent now and every time at settlement there has been a $395 Brokers Fee at first I was fine paying that.

The property was also transferred in '06 as a divorce settlement.  

Bar, someone took their place.If no luck there, call a closing company in the area and see who is being appointed as Trustee at settlements, most likely they will have an attorney.
