I have done 2 deals with the same agent now and every time at settlement there has been a $395 Brokers Fee at first I was fine paying that.

She dodged the question but before i got word that she was fired, she mentioned that it would show up on my HUD as a $5000 lender credit.My last GFE states that the estimated settlement charges would be $15k...which is A HUGE difference than the $3000 she told me i would need to close.
