Hi Guys,I am looking to purchase a property in 38141 zip code in Hickory Ridge-South Riverdale neighbourhood on a single family 3 bed 2 bath room property.

I'm single and I bought my 2 bed 2 1/2 bath townhouse as a primary home with no thoughts of REI.

The building is located right on a main street in a small town 30 minutes north of Green Bay.

On Wall Street, almost uniformly those with a "high" dividend such as most anything 7%+ would be considered, of stock price DECLINING over time, not appreciating.

One street may be decent, while a block or two away can be very unsafe. 

.+  Across the street properties start at $400k.+  I am all in on my waterfront for around 600k and bring in about 50k income. 

It's a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1,200 sqft unit at $389,000. 

So if you are buying a house on a street where nobody lives and has been vacant for years it's going to be challenging to find someone who actually wants to live there.
