Our next big objective is to eliminate our housing expenses by purchasing a triplex or fourplex using my VA benefits.

I even asked Steve, the super muscly front man for Tyler from the first free event how he got started in real estate 25 years ago… he said he started with a single family home he lived in for years… definitely was not this program.

Background: I'm live in south Mississippi and have been doing real estate deals for about 13 years(rentals, STR, fix and flip...).

Of course, renting out the room and hiring a cleaner likely will make it too expensive for people to want to book your stay.
