@Jay Hinrichs -  I think I'm too young to have enough money to be exposed to that, but I read Wolf of Wall Street, which went into way more detail about the actual scheme than the movie did!

Every lot is different, the property may be fueled by natural gas, propane, oil or even electric heat.
