@Ian Walsh  you don't want to cloud a title if you really have no money.and your sole purpose in business is to tie up properties on an inspection contingency when you are REALLY tying it up to try to assign it.. that's what gives me the heartburn.. is these contracts are entered into fraudulently

On a macro level, it's important that people can dispute fraudulent payments, because fraud happens, so it's not an inherently bad thing that banks support a payer's ability to dispute a claim.
