Building an ADU in the Denver area will become easier as more and more cities push density as a way to combat the affordable housing issue.

This avenue has been very profitable for me as people look to recoup their money and put it to work to combat today's inflationary environment.

I have actual combat experience, on the ground, face-to-face with the enemy.

This provides a “statutory” defense in a lawsuit; meaning the plaintiff must prove we did something unethical, fraudulent, etc to win.  

I am seeing Harrisburg PA investors from out of state chasing numbers and making the mistake of not truly knowing the area and meeting the right people.Examples include remote wholesalers pitching $60k deals in combat zones that are worth only $10k.

@Ian Walsh  you don't want to cloud a title if you really have no money.and your sole purpose in business is to tie up properties on an inspection contingency when you are REALLY tying it up to try to assign it.. that's what gives me the heartburn.. is these contracts are entered into fraudulently. 

On a macro level, it's important that people can dispute fraudulent payments, because fraud happens, so it's not an inherently bad thing that banks support a payer's ability to dispute a claim.

We are combatting this with discounting to get bookings in the door and gradually increasing the price.
