But I seem to read a lot of negative reviews from tenants and it is concerning.

I can use those as the legitimate reason to deny the application knowing that my real concern is their inability to pay the rent due to maternity leave.

It was accompanied by a 35 page business plan that had been put together by a consultant that charged the entrepreneur $7,500, a glossy brochure generically talking about commercial real estate, and a resume of the principal.  

After some research it seems that this property isn't up to code and presents some valid safety concerns.

I've written extensively about climate refuge and the concerns of climate change that are favoring into home buying and real estate investment, but what about economic refuge? 

There are some circumstances that will allow them to account for long or mid term rental rates when it comes to your pre-approval amount if your debt to income ratio is a concern.

Please check my numbers and let me know how we did and maybe what specifically is good, bad, and potentially concerning.

I understand HOA concerns with airb&b but they should allow home owners month to month options or atleast  3 month  leases options!
