So have you tried using Pricelabs to automatically adjust pricing?

For example, where I live in IL, there's an automatic 5 day grace period before a fee can be charged.

During this process, the selling agent for the builders company quoted us a price of $80k to add a 3rd car attached garage to garage with completing the entire area over the 3 car garage.

It doesn’t do it automatically but it’s a very common thing.

Stopping in front of the house getting out of the car and taking photos without agent or owners knowledge.

I did go by the unit and there was a car parked outside along with a light on in the home.

I never said the CG made it automatic. 

For instance, you can't sell a house and buy a race car.
